Returns and Exchanges Policy
Miss Chii understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren't 100% happy with. It's all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping. We at Miss Chii are proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a simple returns policy. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days subject to the following conditions;
1, Goods are returned within 28 days of delivery.
2, Goods must be undamaged, unwashed, unsoiled and have packaging & labels intact.
3, Note: For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for the following items: Teddies, Bodystockings, Hosiery or Knickers where the packaging has been opened.
Please note: We can accept corset, babydolls and clubwear & sleepwear exchanges where knickers have not been worn. Please check the fit before trying knickers.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
4, Return postage is the customers responsibility unless goods are damaged, incorrect or not as described. We advise you to use a "recorded" means of postage. Miss Chii cannot be held responsible for items not received.
5, Please help us by providing an accompanying letter stating your name, address and the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
How to do it
Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form below, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.
If you have received a faulty item from us, we are very sorry to hear it. Please contact us immediately and before returning goods so we can put things right. You are welcome to return the item(s) subject to the following conditions:
1, Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery.
2, We will cover return postage costs via Royal Mail 1st class recorded mail. Simply send your goods via your post office and we will cover the postage charge.
3, We will refund you within 7 working days, or if you prefer, exchange items will be sent to you free of postage costs.
4, Please help us by providing an accompanying letter stating your name, address and the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
If something is not right please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Customers outside the EU
Note: Our returns policy above applies to all EU customers, for customers located outside the EU please be aware we will accept exchanges, refunds and returned faulty goods, but we do not offer refunds on carriage costs or free delivery of exchanged items, and nor do we cover return postage costs. If you are outside the EU and have a problem, please contact us first and we will advise the best way to resolve any issues.
